Every athlete knows that their sports physical must be turned in prior to the start of their sport. If their physical is not completed by the appropriate time, then they will not be eligible to participate. At HD Performance Chiropractic, we make this process as easy as possible. If you’re an athlete and you need a physical, we will do our best to get you in the office the very same day.

Typically, the school will issue the paperwork, but we will have it on hand in case you need it. The physical will comprise a comprehensive medical history and physical examination.

• Muscle Testing of the extremities

• All other UIL requirements listed on the physical form 

Once completed, the chiropractor will go over the findings and fill out the physical exam paperwork accordingly. He may recommend some exercises to help keep you injury free during your season. It is important to be proactive with your health and physical function.
